Charter Dispatch is a worldwide network of client-members that brings the Bus, Motorcoach, General Transportation, Tour & Travel, Restaurant, Hotel, Food Services and Hospitality industries together for the financial benefit of you; the traveling and touring public throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and the rest of the traveling world. Our membership connects clients to all aspects of the travel industry ranging from tour operators, travel agents, charter bus, rental bus, motorcoach carriers, limousine and town car operators, resorts, amusement parks, hotels, restaurants, emergency service companies, tour attractions and the entire Tour & Travel Service industry. Charter Dispatch members will benefit in part from your uploaded bus and transportation business, while you, the traveling public, will benefit from the financial competition generated by the bidding process of our members. Bus Charter Dispatch‘s rating system will also increase safety, service, and reliability within the Bus and Motorcoach Transportation Industry throughout the world.

Bus Charter Dispatch, Limo Charter Dispatch, Party Bus Charter Dispatch, Travel and Tour Charter Dispatch, and Charter Dispatch (collectively CDIN) are not brokers of ANY services or products. Our sole function is to network services and products between providers (members) and users (either members or non-members). Charter Dispatch charges a small monthly membership fee to its client-members (not the public) and is in no way involved in any negotiations between user and provider, NOR DOES THE PUBLIC PAY ANY FEES to Bus Charter Dispatch for using our service(s).

Background:

Charter Dispatch was founded by two American businessmen with a combined experience of more than 40 years in the transportation, tour, and travel industries. Both have owned and operated successful companies related to the nature of Bus Charter Dispatch. One has been in business for 20 years as a motorcoach operator and the other almost 10 years in the tour and travel business as well as 10 years in the transportation industry. Over the years these businessmen have found significant roadblocks attracting, soliciting and maintaining both domestic and international business relationships. Through countless hours of talking, listening and collating information, Charter Dispatch was born, and is now ready to bring the domestic and international tour, travel, transportation, hotel, and restaurant and hospitality industries together with ease.

How We Work:

Charter Dispatch is a dynamic informational system that allows members and potential non-member customers to search, load, and browse thousands of pages of information supplied by both our members and non-members alike. At its core, is a proprietary software system developed to allow the user to easily access information about other members and their business; i.e., type, function, offerings (listings), ratings, contact information and much more. The object of this process is to create domestic and international exchanges of information in order to generate and maintain reliable business and financial relationships between our company and corporate membership. Charter Dispatch is NOT a brokering service. Charter Dispatch does not financially, or in any other manner, benefit from your (consumer) relationship and our member-operators. Charter Dispatch receives a small monthly membership fee (dues) from each of its members and nothing else.

Our Database:

Bus Charter Dispatch operates within a revolutionary new database system that redefines the way the hospitality, transportation, and tour and travel industries inter-connect and do business with each other including to the ultimate end user, the consumer. Our database of multi-faceted listings helps transportation operators find groups, tour companies find bus charter carriers, bus companies find towing services, hotels find tour and travel operators, brides and bride grooms find limousine companies, restaurants find anniversary couples for parties, flower shops find wedding couples and so on down to the smallest vendors and suppliers. To be a member of Charter Dispatch you must be involved in one of the aforementioned industries either directly or indirectly. You must also hold membership and or operational authorities in one or more associations within your industry, such as IATA or NTA for travel professionals or an ICC M/C number or State authority (or both) for U.S. motorcoach companies. At this time we are taking members from the United States, Canada and Europe. However, in June of 2010, Charter Dispatch will begin South American and Asian operations as well.

Rating System:

Bus Charter Dispatch wants you to make informed and comfortable decisions about your transportation provider. In this matter we have developed a rating system among the Bus Charter Dispatch membership. As either the contracted or contracting party, you will be able to rate your business partner(s) on basic business criteria such as: payments, promptness, cleanliness, and adherence to agreements and more. All validated ratings will then be calculated and posted to the appropriate company or entity. Falsification and or retaliatory ratings will not be tolerated and can be cause for suspension or termination as a Charter Dispatch member.

Our Pledge:

Bus Charter Dispatch is not a brokering service. We are not involved in any negotiations (financially or otherwise) between our wide range members. We will never ask for, request or charge anything to you, the public. Our commercial membership pays a nominal monthly membership fee as posted on our website (www.CharterDispatch.com). Our non-paying members are free to utilize Bus Charter Dispatch services as much or as little as you choose.

Bus Charter Dispatch is part of the Charter Dispatch International Network (CDIN). It is FREE for individuals to use so long as you are not a business; company or moneymaking entity related to the Transportation, Travel & Tour or Hospitality industries.
